The One just on TV. Weak. Shifty eyes. I hope he’s realizing he’s toast.
Peggy Noonan follows on FNC. Describes Obama and Clinton as distancing themselves, “shying away from the higher meaning” of this event. Honey, they realize that with the death of our ambassador their political careers went up in smoke! Then she goes on to say, “I was thinking as he spoke, I think I belong to the old school of thinking- that in times of great drama and heightened crisis and in times when something violent has happened to your people, I always think that discretion is the better way to go. When you step forward in the midst of a political enviroment and start giving statements on something dramatic and violent that has happened, you’re always leaving yourself open to accusations that you are trying to exploit things politically. I don’t think Mr. Romney has been doing himself any favors…”
I’m outraged by the attacks on American diplomatic missions in Libya and Egypt and by the death of an American consulate worker in Benghazi.
It’s disgraceful that the Obama Administration’s first response was not to condemn attacks on our diplomatic missions, but to sympathize with those who waged the attacks.
Sounds like speaking truth to power to me. Ms. Noonan, you are such a hack.
